Billing

We are able to bill:

• Resident Trust Accounts
• Facilities
• Guardianship Agencies
• Families

If the order is being billed to a Trust Account, Facility, or Guardianship Agency, we do not need to wait to receive payment before shipping the order.  We do require the contact and mailing information for their accounts, as well as the residents information. We can either mail or email a copy of the invoice immediately upon placing the order. These parties will have Net 30 terms and can mail a check anytime during that period. 

 

If a family member is paying for the purchase, we can take Visa or MasterCard and ship immediately.  If a family member would rather mail a check, we will simply hold the order until receiving the check and ship out upon receipt.
